Sponsorship and Exhibition
A number of sponsorship opportunities are available for companies looking to meet new customers and reinforce existing relationships. An exhibition stand provides your company with real presence at the Congress and greatly facilitates networking.
The five-day Congress is expected to draw around 300 delegates to Copenhagen from all parts of the world and contribute significantly to the development of the dispute resolution practice in the entire Nordic and Baltic region.
The Congress will also be a great occasion for showcasing the arbitration know-how, and the DIA also sees it as a great opportunity to highlight the blossoming arbitration practice in the region.

Please do not make deliveries before Friday Sept 22nd, as the venue has very limited storage space.
Setup of the stand can be made Sunday Sept 24th between 17.00 – 18.00 hrs. or Monday morning Sept 25th from 07.00.
Break down after 2 pm until 6 pm. Boxes for later pick must be picked up latest Monday October 2 no later than 10 am. All boxes must be marked clearly and places in meeting room # 3 (Margrethe I). Please inform the courier where to find the boxes.
